Commemorating the Mistletoe Troop of Muskogee, OK; the first Girl Scout troop in the nation to have a cookie sale, a tradition that has continued for 90 years.

Wearing the Junior dress that Girl Scouts wore in the 1960s and 1970s she is pledging the Girl Scout Promise. This sculpture is placed at the Three Rivers Museum in Muskogee, OK.
