Chicxulub

All pieces of the Chicxulub series from 2017 to 2021 Generative Art created by the response of the artist liquid paint on a horizontal surface. I create small but highly detailed paintings using fluid acrylics. These paintings are scanned on an Epson V600 scanner at a resolution of up to 6400 DPI. Due to the density and unique mixing of the fluid acrylic paints, the resolution of these scans captures an incredible amount of detail, resulting in file sizes of 1–2 GB per image. This is why My Paintings Work So Well as Large Prints The high resolution of my scans, combined with the unique textures and density variations of fluid acrylic paints, ensures that even large prints retain their vibrancy and detail. Whether you’re looking for a small fine art print or a massive centerpiece for a space, these paintings can adapt beautifully. If you’d like more details or assistance with sizing options for a specific print, feel free to contact me.

Metallic Musings

These are Generative Paintings where I have used metallic acrylic paints. The paints are often thick and catch the light because of their 3 D effect.

Generative Paintings

From Nov 2021 to April 2022 I made live videos promoting the art tools I sold on Amazon. These were hour-long and included the making of several paintings which are on sale here. These demos were also 3 days a week, and as I demonstrated the tools the artwork became better and better..... some were not so good. The paintings began with a squirt of colors on a slippery surface followed by a very fast response with the tools resulting in a diversity of quality. I kept all the ones I liked including those done on cheap butcher paper. As I got better, I started painting demos on high quality archival Yupo paper. These are examples of how playing with paint and responding before thinking can lead to very interesting results.
