"Qhapaq Qolla" in Quechua means "noble indigenous people" or "mighty indigenous people". It refers to a traditional folk dance from the Cusco region of Perú, specifically from Paucartambo. The dance is performed at various festivals, often representing merchants or a fabled creature who was half human, half llama.
