Escalante Canyons Art Festival 2024, Plein air participant, that's me. This image was incredible, with the sun hitting the rocks just right. It was on the way to Boulder Utah, coming from the west, right by the 'Welcome to Boulder' turnout and sign. It was an incredible view, and then we turned around, and saw this scene...I both love and hate painting red rock canyons...it's hard to do them justice but a really fun challenge.
