These two small boats are waiting on the rocks for their owners to row them out to get to the larger sailboats moored off shore. I was drawn to the many colors and values that the white colored boats can have in both sun and shade. Painted on location on the Tollbridge road (aka Hudson Pier) that jutts into the St. Croix River.
