This painting was created on location as I stood on the bank upriver from a number of moored barges on the Mississippi River in Cliff Cave Park, St. Louis County, MO. I applied the paint with large brushes and a palette knife attempting to capture the energy of the view on that bright sunny day in June. Price includes plein air frame, black with gold liner.
