Mara. Carved wood full face mask with gilted copper eyes, and painted details. Black hair painted around edges of mask, with strands painted on forehead. Red, rust color painted eyebrows, eyes, nose creases, and lips. Teeth painted gold. Part of Noh Mask Series carved between the year os 1986-1990 during artists residency in Japan.
