Three bumps or points along the cheeks are caved on either sides of the nose. Gold painted designs of pointed shapes are either side of the mouth. Mouth is carved in wide open to expose top and bottom teeth and tongue. Lips painted red, inside of mouth and tongue is painted pink, and teeth are painted white.
