#38. Full face mask used in performances by Arizona's dance and theater companies. It has dark blue ribbons attached. It is painted with a purple V design on the top of the forehand and pink swirling and like designs. The eyes are painted light blue with a dark blue outline in the shape of a butterfly, the cheeks are painted with an upside down green v-like shape while the nose is light blue with a purple outline, the teeth are outlined in red, and the chin has a slight purple – and green circular designs at the bottom.
It is made of plaster bandage and paper clay, painted with acrylic paints and ribbon, which ties the mask to the performer.
These masks are part of the Performance Collection, which contains pieces available for loan to use in community and artistic performances.
