One of the great theaters in Los Angeles is the Nuart Theatre, opened in 1929 this theater has been a staple of the Los Angeles art house scene since the 1970's. now run by the Landmark theater chain It is also one of the country's most renowned and prestigious epicenters for independent film, foreign language cinema, documentaries, animation festivals and restored classics.
