on a 12 x12 gallery wrapped canvas(the wrap extends around the edge of the stretcher bars). This is painted around those corners.

This Great Egret, was painted from one of my photos I took when I was down on Cortez , Florida. This is one of my favorite places to paint!

This is done in oil washes and then oil in the focal area. Its kind of like having an oil painting and a watercolor all in one! And no need to frame or glass it!
