Chilean. It has a characteristic matte bright blue, which gives its name to it, in other countries is called "Blue Zoo Ceramic". This is achieved with materials such as oxides, clays, silicas, all taken from the earth and prepared in the workshop and burned at 1100 ° degree heat in furnaces specially manufactured by Gino Paul Zabal in the workshop in order to obtain uniformity in its blue color. In the decoration of the pieces a very old technique developed by the Chinese and some Native American cultures, which the Italians call "sgrafito" that consits in drawing the piece and carve it by hand leaving the desired design, no drawings, templates or type models are used, this means that all parts decorators create unique, varied and unique design, no piece is like another. The sgrafiato consists in applying the color over the white ceramic and drawing by taking off so that the white appears.
