On permanent loan from CEO and Board Chair, Thomas Hill III, each piece in the collection is a unique work of art, a "collectable". Spanning different eras, mediums, origin countries, and styles, the Bison in the collection also help us see how so many things that are the "same" can be so different.

The AAA Collective represents the community where we live and work. Each of us are similar in ways and very different in others. When we view a piece of art, we are seeing something familiar through someone else’s unique perspective. By collecting pieces from many different artists, all with the same subject, we begin to see the beauty of uniqueness within our community. The AAA is foundational to the Kimray story. As the first product we manufactured, it is recognized by anyone with experience in the oil & gas production world and loved by the Kimray community. It is the icon that represents our history, our culture, and our future. Using this piece as the common element in a collective of this type adds meaning to us and interest to others. Artists in the collective were constrained only by size (all pieces are basically 24” x 36”) and the requirement to represent the AAA. Each artist visited Kimray and then combined their own perception of our culture and values with their personal stories and experiences to create the unique pieces in the collective.
