This piece was inspired by Monet’s study of lilies. I’ve attempted to capture the brilliance of nature’s watercolors and all the shades in between. This artwork was created by torch fusing clear encaustic medium, white encaustic paint, oil pastels, pigment sticks, then adding a digitally edited photo from a local mash land.
