Zac sums up every Friday night of my Georgia teenage life in the chorus of "Chicken Fried". The lyrics of this song inspired the piece and brings back many teenage memories every time I hear it. In my Atlanta suburb there are only remnants of the smalltown that remain among the chain businesses and ever growing housing. This song reminds me of the small town Southern atmosphere that was my high school years.
