The container in form of a crocodile was used to store tabasco by the Lobi people, living in the South-West of Burkina Faso. Purchased at antiquary "Arts & Bijou" in front of the Hotel Indépendance in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. The word "podaba" on the proof of purchase means "pot de tabac" in phonetically written french.
