When in New England visiting family it's not surprising to occasionally see the end of Winter hanging on while the beginning of Spring is showing its might. It's a truly interesting juxtaposition. It is captivating to see a fresh new perspective on how Spring emerges in colder regions like there. On the other hand, in the South, we occasionally get glimpses of buds beginning to appear while a sheet of snow covers them all. The latest surprise snow in Georgia was in March one year a long time ago.
The icy grip of winter stubbornly resists the emerging buds while Spring is determined to proclaim its reign. Such a delightful transition in its unique way.
