Message“Stage 3 | Identify Fallbacks” explores the necessity of openness and emotional renewal in the face of change. The pregnant figure, rendered in white space, symbolizes a clean slate—a moment of vulnerability and trust in oneself. Text fragments scattered across the composition reference habitual patterns and self-awareness, while a dividing linear graphic represents the challenge of negotiating new environments. The inclusion of positive and negative symbols reflects the weight of choice and the dualities that shape personal growth.
Part of the MyPOP (My Print on Poverty) collection, this work examines the contradictions between idealized prosperity and lived experience. Through layered metaphors of identity, vulnerability, and transition, the series exposes the social and emotional terrain of mobility while honoring the resilience required to move through it.
The surface is coated with a malleable wax texture, symbolizing preservation and change. Distressed collage elements are employed to convey barriers, erosion, and the persistent negotiation between limitation and hope.

For me, creating has always been a companion, allowing me to make sense of seemingly uncontrolled situations through controlled mediums.
