It is very common for artists to paint our tools and artefacts from the art studio or around us. This is one of my little hammers with which I frame my paintings. I like long handle and very light so as not to damage the moldings. I love the yellow handle contrasting the gray ones of the metal. I added a nail to put it in context and worked the bottom with a spatula harmonizing with grays and pinks.

Este es uno de mis pequeños martillos con los que enmarco mis cuadros, un modelo fácil de encontrar. Me gustan de mango largo y muy livianos para no dañar las molduras. Me encanta el mango amarillo contrastando los grises del metal. Añadí un clavo para meterlo en contexto y trabajé el fondo con espátula armonizando con grises y rosados.
