Strolling in Charleston is a favorite pastime; particularly I enjoy meandering down any lane to discover the old historical buildings and gardens tucked away. My camera is always ready to capture that moment in time or do a quick painting or sketch. Registering what I am seeing makes it much easier to recall the colors and emotions I was feeling later in the studio.
