Library of Thought
I agree with Cicero "A room without books is like a body without a soul".
Books and paintings give us the freedom to fly, to imagine the previously unimaginable...
Library of Thought is mixed-media based artworks that reimagine bookshelves as abstract landscapes.

Across the collection, vertical spines and horizontal shelves are translated into bands of color, layered washes, and collaged fragments—ranging from the saturated, stripe-driven energy of works like Hanging Files to the serene, pastel-driven quiet of Library Landscape and Spring Reading.
Using found paper, magazine cuttings, cut up credit cards, glass tiles, handwritten marks etc. allows me to introduce texture, small narratives, and playful surprises within a recognizable format.
The collection rewards close viewing, revealing tiny images, patterns, and notes tucked into the layers. A thoughtful choice for enlivening a study, living room, or workspace.
Woodlands
In the woods we return to reason and faith.
The forest is where childhood magic lingers, where imagination first learned to move through shadow and light.
Legends and mythology take root— both sanctuary and gateway, where memory and myth intertwine.
My paintings draw from this enduring sense of wonder, shaped by seasonal change and the evolving language of color and form.
Inspired by the hills of Pennsylvania, the towering Redwoods of California, the misted landscapes of Scotland, and the Georgia pines, each work reflects the forest’s shifting presence. Through layered textures and organic structures, I explore the forest as both place and feeling—an invitation to return to something deeply rooted within us.
