This abstract landscape was inspired by walking the trails at Lake Wilson Reservoir in late winter in Kansas. I walked the trail, getting lost in my thoughts and eventually lost the trail across some bare rock. The dead grasses were almost as tall as I am, but I was able to walk through them to find the road again.
