- Various artists w/ Master Printmaker Wayne Kline
Rolling Stone Press, founded in 1984 by master printer Wayne Kline, operated on Calhoun Street in Atlanta for 21 years as the first and only professional lithography atelier in the city. Hand printed, limited edition lithographs were produced by a rare and diverse group of local and national artists in collaboration with Kline. These works, including Kline’s own time-based creations, have been collected by museums and private collectors across the world, receiving significant critical attention. Purchased by Fulton County’s Public Art Program in 2005 as a tribute to Rolling Stone Press’ significance to Georgia’s art history, this collection includes works by Benny Andrews, Linda Armstrong, Maria Artemis, Herbert Creecy, Martin Emanuel, John Koegel, Ruth Laxson, Jackson Lee Nesbitt, Cornel Rubino, Mildred Thompson, Lynn Marshall Linnemeier and Bongi Bengu.
