There is a faraway place up the meandering waters of the Wild and Scenic Quartzville Creek out of Sweet Home, OR that is called Yellow Bottom. Here you will find a large pool of clear emerald waters with shallow and deep spots. Yellow rocks on the bottom look like hidden gold.
