Sandy Brown Jensen is a fine art photographer and mixed-media artist known for her evocative explorations of memory, nature, and the spiritual. She is particularly recognized for her unique technique of gilded photography, a process that fuses gold leaf with photographic images to create luminous, museum-quality artworks, often immortalizing the mythic presence of ravens and the beauty of Oregon landscapes.

Through both her established 'Raven's Gold Art' collection and the new 'Where Memory Softly Falls' series, Sandy honors her beloved sister, Cheryl Renee Long, a renowned bird artist and watercolorist who passed away in 2023. Cheryl was a lifelong mentor and encourager of Sandy's artistic journey, and in her memory, a portion of each sale supports the Manna Fund in Cheryl's name.

Following a career in writing and education, and earning an MFA in poetry and a post-graduate certificate in digital storytelling, Sandy dedicated herself to mastering diverse photographic and mixed-media techniques that reflect her lifelong passion for photography and the natural world. Her work has been featured in numerous regional and international venues, including a show at the London Contemporary Art Fair. Sandy lives in Eugene, Oregon, where she finds daily inspiration in the beauty of the Willamette Valley.
