- From State Pier Revisited, The
State Pier Revisited is a reduction in woodcut based on an early tempera painting created on-site at the State Pier in Boston Harbor.
The painting was part of a series of works celebrating various parts of the working waterfront of 1967; thus, as the title indicates, the challenge of an artistic review in the form of a complex woodcut medium was done 33 years later.
