Like a few others, this is what I like to call a ¨self-made painting", meaning that this work painted itself through my hand. Without any guidance or interference of my own mind, a black figure made itself present here. It was later revealed to be Prometheus, the Greek Titan who stole the fire and gave it to human-kind once again. Despite his suffering, Prometheus is a symbol of rebellion, hope and defiance. The myth highlights the importance of progress, knowledge, and the sharing of information for the betterment of society.
