In my high-school years I used to feel like an enrolled robot being fed with programs and commands to please a larger system and be useful to someone more important than me. I felt as if I had no saying in any of it, simply forced to learn the previous ways and comply. It felt like it slowly and painfully sucked the life out of me. What made me unique or special had to be erased. -Be just another one who'll do the job. I got into Educational Studies thinking I would change the system, and with time I dropped out of school for good.
The title was inspired by the oppressed prisoner of Les Miserables, Jean Valjean #24601, for he becomes a number on paperwork, utterly insignificant.
