Artist Statement
My practice focuses on the creation of symbolic universes where bodies, objects, and spaces engage in dialogue with notions of vulnerability and transition. I explore the image as a territory of collective memory and transformation, seeking a balance between rational structure and poetic language.
Statement of the Work
The Tremor is part of a series where the body manifests itself as an unstable and transforming territory. The figure, composed of bands of color, advances across a geometric landscape that vibrates beneath its steps. This tension between the organic and the structural suggests a state of transition, an oscillation between balance and movement. The work continues to explore the relationship between matter, memory, and space, proposing vulnerability as a form of existence and tremor as a common language between the body and the environment.
