Watercolor

When was the last time you felt a sense of childlike wonder? Do you ever slow down, put down your phone and just look? I hope to create a sense of intimacy in my artwork by focusing on a single moment. Some of my favorite parts of the natural world are the power of light, the mystery of mist and the wonder of the sky. I have always felt a special connection to the Oregon Coast, and as such, a lot of my paintings are set there. I use watercolor, acrylic and sometimes oil paint to attempt to reawaken a sense of awe at God's creation in the viewer.
