This sculpture is being produced in large scale, and will be ready in March or April.

In its monumentality and the pale blue of a typical maid's uniform, it is a tribute to these women who break their backs in service to others and often receive nothing but contempt. It is a very different attitude to that of serving with love and humility, knowing that it is God we serve through service to others and to ourselves.

Con su monumentalidad y el azul pálido del uniforme típico de una criada, es un homenaje a esas mujeres que se parten el lomo en el servicio a los demás y a menudo no reciben más que desprecio. Es una actitud muy diferente a la de servir con amor y humildad, sabiendo que es a Dios a quien servimos a través del servicio a los demás y a nosotros mismos.
