Leon Pericles is a renowned Western Australian printmaker and his artworks can be found in National and State Art Galleries throughout Australia. This print was one of three commissioned from artists in 1991 to reflect their interpretation of the Joondalup environment. In 2018, Leon held major retrospective of this 50 year career and a documentary that was produced for this occasion, Storm in a Teacup, screened on ABC iView.
