The Salt Flat Series grew out of my View from Above series. In this series my goal was to discover and push forward the abstractness in the landscapes of the salt flats when viewed from above. Juxtaposing the polished smoothness of the background and areas where I employed my signature drop technique to provide an interesting textural element.
