I received an unexpected gift....it was acquired sight unseen at an auction and my enquiries revealed the previous owner had transitioned. It seems like most persons were unaware of her love for art and so I decided to create a piece in remembrance of Cecelia. From the paints and brushes I had salvaged (many were dry..cracked..rusted) I created the underpainting and then finished with my acrylics, oil pastels and decoupage.
