Bellows Falls is home to number of spectacularly rotting paper mills, some owned by the town, some in private hands. This is one of the privately-owned ones. This passageway between two of the mills, with the covered walkway spanning the gap, becomes a haunted, magical place when the late-winter sun drops low.
