While out on one of my many plein air excursions, I discovered a secluded path off a main road which vividly showcased the sun setting in the late afternoon. I'm not quite sure where the path eventually led, but I felt I was being summoned to paint this! This painting was recently voted a Bold Brush Competition's FAV 15% by staff at Fine Art Studio Online (FASO).
