In this work, I wanted to convey some of the ways I approach a subject, from initial sketches to paint application. I love that there is no right or wrong way to make art. The surface is a stretched canvas. The materials are oil paint, graphite, ink and pastel. It is sealed with several coats of archival spray varnish. This is an original artwork by Carrie Lacey Boerio.
