God gave me a gift I didn't know I had until I was 58 years old, but once I picked up that brush, I never put it down. PAINTING IS MY PASSION!
MessageI watched these tricolored herons for several days, along with a couple of others trying to start their nest. Nest building is difficult and takes patience. The male finds the sticks and the female weaves them together to build the nest. The fist two sticks are the hardest to weave around a tree limb without falling. At the end of an entire day, one couple was back at the beginning with nothing established for their nest.
