"Home No. 2" is part of a large collection of work, originally exhibited in my solo show, "Home," at the Evelyn Peeler Peacock Gallery in Corning, NY. In this show, I explored the concept of "home," in modern society through the improvisational re-imagination of the iconic Log Cabin quilt block. The presence or absence of the traditional red center, representing the hearth fire or the warmth of the home, tells the story of each piece in this collection.
Each of the pieces in this series of 10 falls in the range of 20-24" wide and 22-26" high, but sizes do vary. Estimated dimensions are included in the description. If you wish to know the exact dimensions of any particular quilt, please contact the artist.
