Melissa Pendrey is an artist who is currently working on drawing a collection of buildings around Acadiana and birds. She works in a representational manner using ink and an array of media, between watercolor, colored pencil and marker to create intricate drawings.
Pendrey attended SCAD in pursuit of an MFA in Painting in 2015. She has participated in several group shows at the Annette Howell Turner Art Center in Valdosta, GA, and the Alexander Hall Gallery and Historic Kennedy Pharmacy in Savannah, GA.
Pendrey currently resides in Lafayette, LA soaking up all the culture and cuisine she can muster.
