Originally from New Iberia and currently a resident of Youngsville. My artistic journey has been a self-guided search for a style, subject matter and tone that I can happily say defines me. While I’m not there yet, I feel like I’m finally moving in the right direction. While majoring in design for a short period at UL Lafayette, I was introduced to charcoal which sparked a renewed interest in portraiture. Since then, I have experimented with as many mediums and styles as possible to find my artistic voice. My work has ranged from small traditional paintings to 12-foot outdoor chalk portraits to pieces done on shoes and skin.
