Her photo in the NYT's inspired this painting. It was from the article "Artists We Lost in 2025, In Their Own Words". She was told she sounded like 6 different artists. "If everybody said I sounded like one person, I'd worry. When they say I sound like them all, I know I have my own style". I love her expression.
