The Story Behind the Painting
I have always found there to be amazing depth and soul in the eye of a horse; there is such peace, healing, and comfort to be found in a quiet eye. In this series I attempt to capture these feelings and bring it into your home.

Between my role as a busy momma and struggling with my journey of chronic pain, I am not able to spend as much time riding or hanging over the horse pasture fence as I would like. By painting horses and bringing them into my life and home in an alternative way it allows me to feel connected to my passion for these incredible animals. I hope that you can look upon these paintings in moments of unrest and find peace and assurance for your soul in moments where your unable to connect with a horse in person.
