One of my favorite spots for watching birds and wildlife in Maryland is Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, but I've seen areas like this everywhere. The watching a bird take off or fish in the shallow waters is mesmerizing for me. The "Wetland Wonders" series shows my imaginings from these places.
