The black (hard edged) and the white and green, yellow and orange (soft edged) represent combinations of textures, colors and forms found in nature and architecture. Several orientations are shown here, as the piece totally changes context as it is viewed vertically, horizontally or "upside down." As with most of my paintings, there is evidence of previous versions visible to show where i have been and come from and to honor the previous work and inspiration.
