This painting is inspired by the legend of the Red Thread which says there are some souls which are connected by a red thread, and these souls, no matter their distance, are destined to come together in some way, through love or friendship. It is my hope that my painting can somehow impart the feeling of that destined connection, and the feeling that we are all connected.
