Follow your heart to create ripples in the world.

In April 2023, my dad passed away after his slow mental decline of Alzheimer’s and aphasia brain disorders - eventually leading to his inability to communicate, yet living in the moment. I reflect on this time in gratitude. I'm grateful for the moments and memories spent with him, listening to his favorite music and dancing with him. 

It was heartbreaking watching his frustration to communicate and his memories slowly fade away. 

My 2023 art collection Flow is reminder that some experiences in life are out of our control, we must learn to go with the flow. We have control of our minds, food we eat, people we love, and how we choose to show up in the world.
