Uncertainty emerged from the nervous energy of the pandemic, a time when the unknown felt overwhelming and painting became a vital release. Built upon an earlier work I had set aside, it evolved into one of my most meaningful pieces through its layered interplay of acrylic, charcoal, graphite, and chalk pastel on canvas.
