Paris, 1993

From a particular collection of ten works called "DO YOU KNOW: Cities of the World" this canvas painted in 1993 is meant to express that Paris is "the funnel of the world" as far as the Arts are concerned, as so many artists went to Paris to create it!
Paris as the Filter Channel of Art and Paris also as an HOURGLASS on whose sides sections of columns of various colors with golden time stand out against a dark gray and pearl gray background . The typical GRAY of the Parisian sky! When I was studying at the Sorbonne in 1983 I lived a year there and I can confirm the state of mind that this Sky instilled in me!

Di una particolare raccolta di dieci opere “DO YOU KNOW: Cities of the World” questa tela dipinta nel 1993 vuole esprimere che Paris é „l'imbuto del mondo“ per quanto riguarda le Arti, in quanto tantissimi artisti si recavano a Paris per crearla!
Paris come Canale filtro dell‘ Arte e Paris anche come CLESSIDRA ai cui lati sezioni di colonne di vari colori dove il tempo e‘ d‘oro si distinguono su uno sfondo grigio scuro e grigio perla . Il Tipico GRIGIO del cielo parigino! Quando studiavo alla Sorbonne nel 1983 ho vissuto un anno a Paris e posso confermare lo stato d‘Animo che questo Cielo mi infondeva!
