Acquired at the 2013 Winter Park Paint Out -- This painting created en plein air in downtown Orlando captures the intimacy of a small scene rather than a sweeping landscape. There is depth to the image as the street recedes into the background. But the primary focus is on the bridge itself. More importantly, the artist has successfully captured that moment in time when the viewer is invited to cross the bridge and journey further around the bend.
